Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and support day-to-day operations of network services while contributing to the design and evolution of LAN, WAN, and wireless environments across offices, warehouses, and manufacturing sites. Translate business needs into logical and physical network designs, collaborating with service providers and internal teams to maintain high service availability and troubleshoot operational challenges. Ensure strong governance, documentation, and adherence to IT service management processes throughout the full lifecycle of services. Participate in capacity planning, roadmap development, and contract renewals to shape the future of network services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in network design, implementation and operations
- Solid understanding of LAN, WAN and wireless technologies
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Confidence to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across technology and business teams
