Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient network solutions across global enterprise environments, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud infrastructure. Champion network automation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance reliability while implementing modern security principles such as Zero Trust and next-generation firewalls. Proactively monitor network health using advanced analytics for capacity planning and complex troubleshooting, acting as a technical lead for critical projects and escalation points. Manage the hardware and software lifecycle, ensuring patches, upgrades, and technology refreshes maintain a secure, current infrastructure. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional IT groups to drive performance and growth.

- Proactively monitor network health and performance, using advanced analytics to conduct capacity planning, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure optimal service delivery
- Act as a technical lead on critical network projects and serve as a top-tier escalation point for complex network incidents
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams
- Manage the lifecycle of our network hardware and software, including patches, upgrades, and technology refreshes, ensuring our infrastructure remains current and secure
