Job Summary
Network Engineer responsible for maintaining and enhancing corporate network infrastructure. Tasks include maintaining routers, switches, VPNs and other hardware/software; configuring Aruba wireless hardware (Mobility Conductor, Mobility Controllers, Access Points, switches); conducting Wi-Fi RF planning, site surveys and optimization; implementing and monitoring security (802.1X, RADIUS/EAP-TLS, RBAC via ClearPass); monitoring performance and updating firewall and security software; providing on-site installation/support; updating firmware; delivering Tier 2/3 support for wireless connectivity issues; participating in on-call rotations; reporting network status to stakeholders; improving knowledge of network and security best practices; overtime and overnight travel as required; 5+ years of related experience; strong communication and customer service skills; documentation proficiency; experience with wireless networks (Cisco/Aruba) preferred; CCNA is a plus.
