Job Summary
Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Monitor performance, troubleshoot outages, and implement security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS. Administer LAN/WAN environments, manage cloud-based solutions like Azure and AWS, and perform regular backups and patches. Collaborate with Operations and Application teams while ensuring compliance with security standards. This hybrid role requires 3 days in Nashua, NH, with a salary range of $92,000 to $102,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or engineering
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise networking equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, etc.)
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls and security systems
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostics
- Understanding of virtualization and cloud networking concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States
- Not a resident of California, Hawaii, or Alaska
- Hybrid position with 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters
Desired Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, network automation, and modern infrastructure technologies
- Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-site environments
