Job Summary
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot WAN and LAN connections for multiple clients using remote monitoring tools and protocol analyzers. Perform advanced network analysis to diagnose issues with WAPs and controllers, then recommend enhancements to improve quality, performance, security, and reliability. Create and maintain documentation of network systems while following project methodologies to complete assigned tasks. This role supports diverse and challenging customer projects within the Infrastructure Managed Services Team, leveraging expertise in Palo Alto, Cisco, and SD-WAN solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer/Information Science, technical college, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years progressive experience in networking
- Must have Palo Alto experience
- Must have Cisco experience
- Must have Cisco Meraki experience
- Must have ASA experience
- Must have Firepower experience
- Must have Fortinet experience
- Must have F5 experience
- Demonstrated associate to professional level technology and support experience for route/switch, security, wireless, etc.
- Must have a solid understanding and practical experience with monitoring and management of SD-WAN solutions
- Location: The role will be a hybrid position located in Pasig, Philippines
