Job Summary
Division Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting the division's network and security infrastructure for the HCA Healthcare division. On-site role in the Las Vegas/Henderson area (5 days/week) with potential for remote 2 days/week after conversion to FTE. Responsibilities include monitoring routers, switches, and circuits for failures; creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for equipment installation and network operations; providing 24x7 on-call support; mentoring and training other Network Administrators; coordinating with division and corporate ITG personnel; supporting networks, data architecture, and vendor products; and leveraging knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless tech, VOIP, DNA Center, and related hardware/software. Requires 2+ years of data networking experience; CCNA/CCDA preferred; healthcare experience preferred; valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required. Interview process includes multiple rounds onsite/Webex.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience with data networking technologies
- CCNA or CCDA preferred
- W2 only with no sponsorship
- On-site work at Las Vegas/Henderson, NV location required
- Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless tech, and related hardware/software
