Job Summary
Seeking a Network Engineer for midnight shifts to support the FBI’s IT Infrastructure, requiring 3 years of networking experience and active Top-Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret security clearance
- At least 3 years of networking experience with specialization in networking technologies, specifically with Cisco switches and routers and resolving LAN/WAN issues.
- Basic knowledge of IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, Stateful firewalls and encryption technologies.
- Working knowledge of network management tools, such as Riverbed, Wireshark, Micro Focus Network Automation, etc.
- Working knowledge of web applications, web servers, application load balancers and storage systems. Must have good knowledge of general security tools and methodologies such as firewalls, (IDS)/IPS and access control lists.
Desired Qualifications
- Associates of Science degree (preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Enterprise Core and Infrastructure certification.
Additional Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Top-Secret security clearance required
