Job Summary
This Network Engineer will design, configure, and manage enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple office locations, implement and maintain SD-WAN solutions, manage firewall policies and VPN configurations, monitor network performance, perform capacity planning, troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues, implement 802.1X and segmentation, maintain network documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with security and systems engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering
- Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS/NX-OS and at least one enterprise firewall platform
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching (VLANs, STP, LACP)
- Cisco CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred
