Job Summary
Plan, execute, and finalize network projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints by defining scope, goals, and deliverables. Oversee MPLS and ILL deployments, configure routers and firewalls, and manage network management tools to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot network issues, resolve bottlenecks, and conduct performance tuning while acting as the primary contact for customer technical representatives. Design and implement network solutions, audit IP addresses for compliance, and maintain configuration documentation. Participate in after-hours support and maintenance activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the ISP or telecommunications industry
- Strong technical background in network deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, firewalls, and network management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
