Network Engineer

Job Summary
Design and implement local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols to meet customer requirements; troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors to install routers, switches, and related hardware/software; perform project planning, cost analysis, and build proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology; review project requirements and ensure accurate translation to the team; design and implement IP and VOIP networks and provide high-quality technical solutions to prepare customers for implementation, go-live, and ongoing maintenance; contribute to innovative network solutions and deliver strong customer service in a hybrid-friendly environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation
- 6+ years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls
- Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains
- Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision
