Job Summary
Network Engineer responsible for the daily O&M of office/DC networks, WiFi, and WANs with proficiency in core equipment (Huawei, Cisco). Quickly respond to and resolve network incidents, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and conduct closed-loop reviews. Manage firewall policies, VPN O&M, and wireless network operations (Controllers and APs). Leverage a strong technical foundation to adapt to the company's customized network environment (e.g., ServiceNow/OPM) and collaborate with global teams and external TACs to resolve complex cross-domain issues. This role supports a dynamic, hybrid-friendly culture and requires senior-level expertise in enterprise networking and security.
Required Qualifications
- Solid foundation in networking and practical O&M capabilities
- Expert-level CCIE or HCIE capabilities are a core requirement
- Experience configuring and maintaining enterprise LAN, WAN, and security equipment
- Ability to execute tasks independently and efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure
- English reading and writing skills for technical communications
