Job Summary
Manage and support structured customer networks in physical and virtual environments, including firewalls, load balancers, switches, and routing cores. Configure, install, and maintain various networking equipment such as switches, routers, access points, and WiFi infrastructure. Resolve incidents and provide 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting while keeping updated records in the ITSM platform. Perform upgrades, install patches, and configure security settings like IpSec and SSL VPNs to maintain secure network infrastructure. Requires 1+ years of experience, CCNA certification, and proficiency in English and Portuguese. Based in Lisbon (Hybrid).
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in similar functions
- Experience in the Support of Firewall, Lan, WAN, LB's, SWs, Routers and WiFi solutions
- Proven hands-on experience in tasks similar to those required
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills with a problem solving mindset
- Ability to read backtraces and isolate potential problem areas at varying levels of depth and complexity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery in English and local language (Portuguese)
- Good knowledge and experience in the ITIL model and ITSM tools
- Must be able to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon
Desired Qualifications
- CCNA certification or higher
- NSE CA, or higher
