Job Summary
Assist day-to-day network operations, analysis, and troubleshooting while implementing and maintaining new and existing sites. Perform routine adds, moves, and changes for network ports and VLANs, and enter carrier tickets for service outages. This full-time, 12-week internship is open to junior college students pursuing a bachelor's degree in network engineering or a related IT field. You will work alongside IT experts with a dedicated mentor assigned specifically to you.
Required Qualifications
- Junior-status college student
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in network engineering or a related IT field
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP / IP, routing and switching
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must be available for on-site work
