Job Summary
Network Engineer to maintain and administer a government client’s network. Configure and maintain routers, switches, encoders/decoders, and VPNs; design, test, and evaluate new network solutions; monitor, troubleshoot, and communicate network issues; coordinate incident triage with application teams and support groups; manage ServiceNow tickets; develop standard operating procedures and user guides; identify ways to improve and automate monitoring for operational efficiency. Requires CCNA, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of networking/support experience; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Current CCNA certification required
- Minimum of 5 years supporting networking and collaboration services (production/technical support)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance
