Job Summary
The Network Engineer will manage and oversee installation of UTP and fiber optic cabling in manufacturing environments, ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing multiple subcontractors. This role requires strong technical expertise in cabling systems, project coordination, and the ability to troubleshoot on-site technical issues effectively. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in cable construction or network installation, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cable construction or network installation projects
- Strong knowledge of UTP and fiber optic (FO) cabling systems and standards
- Up-to-date understanding of OSHA policies and safety requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate large-scale projects
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial IT environment is a plus
