Job Summary
Install and configure LAN/WAN network equipment including Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers. Develop and monitor policies for network resources while evaluating security improvements and system upgrades. Monitor the network to ensure optimal performance, test product releases, and create technical support documentation. Design, deploy, and administer wireless infrastructure and manage Cisco Meraki APs. Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise-level WAN, including planning, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Analyze network security, implement patches, and document incidents with detailed reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex network problems. This role requires 24x7 monitoring with rotational shifts including night and weekend on-call support.
Required Qualifications
- troubleshooting and configuration knowledge of Velo/Versa SD-WAN
- troubleshooting knowledge of Cisco ISE & DNAC solutions
- troubleshooting and basic operational knowledge of Cisco ACI
- troubleshooting and Operational knowledge of Nexus 7k/9k
- Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise-level WAN, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Design, deploy, and administer the wireless infrastructure and supporting systems i.e. Cisco Wireless Controllers 2500/4500/5500/9000 Models
- Management of Cisco Meraki AP's
- team members are required to work rotational shifts including night shift
- The team works on a 24x7 basis and on call support during the weekends
