Job Summary
Designs, deploys, and supports enterprise HPE Aruba WLAN solutions, including APs, Mobility Gateways, Aruba Central, Clearpass, and Airwave. Performs RF analysis, client connectivity troubleshooting, roaming optimization, and supports site surveys and capacity planning for optimal wireless coverage. Collaborates with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve solution quality. Reviews WLAN configurations for alignment with standards, participates in incidents/escalations, and applies evolving wireless technologies (Wi‐Fi 6/6E/7; security enhancements; AI-driven operations). Provides knowledge sharing and documentation; supports customer engagements aligned to Americas business hours; ready to work in a differential (hybrid) schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise networking and/or WLAN environments
- Working knowledge of HPE Aruba WLAN technologies (APs, controllers/gateways, Aruba Central) and WLAN concepts (IEEE 802.11, RF, security)
- Experience in RF analysis, site surveys, capacity planning, and wireless troubleshooting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective written and verbal communication; ability to work with global teams
- Willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced networking environment
