Job Summary
Designs, deploys, and supports enterprise HPE Aruba WLAN solutions, including HPE Access Points, Mobility Gateways, HPE Aruba Central, Clearpass, Airwave and related management and analytics platforms. Performs wireless troubleshooting, including RF analysis, client connectivity, roaming behavior, and performance optimization under guidance for complex scenarios. Assists with RF design activities, site surveys, and capacity planning to ensure optimal wireless coverage and performance. Collaborates with internal engineering, product, services, and support teams to resolve customer issues and improve solution quality. Reviews WLAN, Clearpass, Airwave configurations and deployments for alignment with HPE Support and Engineering standards and best practices. Participates in customer-impacting incidents and escalations with support from senior engineers. Learns and applies emerging wireless technologies (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, security enhancements, and AI-driven operations). Provides knowledge sharing and documentation to support team effectiveness. Supports customer engagements aligned to Americas business hours. Ready to work in Differential work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise networking and/or WLAN environments.
