Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and security infrastructure across multiple global locations. Configure, deploy, and support network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points while monitoring performance to ensure service reliability. Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex incidents and implement security controls like segmentation and access management. Support global infrastructure projects, including upgrades and integrations, and develop comprehensive network documentation. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize OT network infrastructure for SCADA, PLC, and MES platforms. Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and audit readiness standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of IT experience with Cisco technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in network engineering, administration, or support roles
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Meraki wireless solutions
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and network security
- Experience supporting multi-site or global enterprise network environments
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, network segmentation, access control, and compliance requirements within regulated industries
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with OT/industrial environments and technologies such as SCADA, PLCs, MES, or Industrial Control Systems
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or equivalent
