Job Summary
Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure while actively troubleshooting and resolving network issues. Inspect cables in floors, ceilings, and wiring closets, and operate power tools to handle network components. Lift and transport moderately heavy objects such as computers, switches, and UPS units. Requires prolonged concentration, initiative in decision-making, and dexterity to operate keyboards, mice, and computer peripherals. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Information Systems or 2-4 years of experience in the field preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, area of specialty
- 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Proven experience in designing, implementing and managing network infrastructure
- Two to four years actively engaged in troubleshooting and resolving network issues
