Job Summary
Design and implement network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices while monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues. Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures, conduct regular upgrades, and maintain configuration documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and provide technical support to end-users. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in network engineering or administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Cisco IOS
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus
