Job Summary
Deliver advanced Datacom courses in classroom, virtual, or hybrid formats while traveling internationally for global business assignments. Conduct end-to-end training on enterprise and WAN networking, designing and demonstrating complex architectures using diagrams, labs, and troubleshooting scenarios. Align course delivery with professional certification syllabi and lead technical discussions, design reviews, and advanced learner Q&A sessions. Mentor junior trainers and commit to continuous upskilling to climb the technical ladder. This permanent, full-time role offers professional exposure to diverse corporate environments and varied technical infrastructures across Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mastery of enterprise networking fundamentals and advanced concepts
- Solid knowledge of advanced routing, switching, and WAN technologies, including OSPF, ISIS, and BGP
- Deep expertise in MPLS fundamentals and label switching
- Strong understanding of L2VPN and L3VPN concepts
- Proficiency with VRF, MP-BGP, route targets, and VPN design principles
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN and the ability to explain architectures like SD-WAN vs. MPLS clearly
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex networking topics without losing technical accuracy
- Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and technical excellence
- Willingness to travel globally for assignments spanning approximately 1-week durations
Desired Qualifications
- CCNP or equivalent (or higher) certification
- Higher-level or specialist certifications
