Job Summary
Develop plans for network maintenance activities, perform requirement gathering, and design technical solutions based on Functional Specification Documents. Conduct risk assessments, execute maintenance and testing works, and prepare documentation for production Go-Live. Offer technical assistance in resolving incidents and perform root cause analysis while assisting the team leader in various network-related activities. Requires more than 5 years of IT infrastructure experience, including Firewalls, Routers, Cisco IOS, and OSPF, with at least 3 years in the financial institution sector. This contract role is with a global professional services firm specializing in business transformation and technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- more than 5 years of extensive experience in IT infrastructure systems
- Comprehensive hands-on experience in various network-related engineering tasks, including Firewalls, Routers, Cisco IOS, EIGRP, and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), as well as LAN/ WAN management
- At least 3 years of extensive experience in the financial institution sector
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborative, consultative, problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical teams
- Possess a customer-centric attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in working with complex, centralized banking IT infrastructure system is a plus
