Network Engineer [CCNA]

Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and hybrid cloud environments; configure and manage Cisco networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls; monitor network performance metrics and conduct proactive troubleshooting; perform network security assessments and implement security protocols; create and maintain comprehensive network documentation; collaborate with IT teams on network upgrades, capacity planning, and infrastructure expansion; provide technical support and guidance to end users and IT staff; ensure network compliance with organizational policies and industry standards through regular audits; preferred candidates may hold CCNP or higher and have experience with cloud networking, ITIL, and IT infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- CCNA certification (required)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in network engineering or network administration
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLAN)
- Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol suite and network troubleshooting methodologies
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing LAN/WAN environments
- Solid understanding of network security fundamentals and firewall management
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
- Proficiency with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
