Job Summary
Network Engineer responsible for installing and optimizing global Enterprise network infrastructure; lead troubleshooting efforts for performance issues and outages, configure and deploy equipment, and document work. Lead network service implementation projects and office moves within a team; proactively monitor network health metrics; diagnose and troubleshoot network performance problems; replace faulty hardware; liaise with vendors for network cabling and ISP installs; configure firewalls, routers, switches, and access points to maximize performance and security; ensure firmware releases and hardware standards are up to date; create and publish documentation for network services projects; travel to company locations for office moves/adds/changes related to network infrastructure. Required education/experience includes Bachelor of Engineering/Technology/Science or 6+ years IT related work experience and 2+ years in administration of network infrastructure. Industry Network Certifications desired.
