Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing government-network infrastructure; configure and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper devices; use Wireshark for issue identification and resolution; contribute to SDN architecture and automated configuration; support network assessments, documentation, and configuration baselines; ensure compliance with client IT standards and stay updated on industry trends and security practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of IT experience
- 2 years experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper)
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools and processes
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking credentials
- Must be a US citizen
- Must possess an active Secret clearance
