Job Summary
Install, configure, and support the organization's LAN, WAN, and Internet systems while maintaining network hardware and software. Monitor network availability for all users and perform necessary maintenance. May supervise other network support and client server specialists and plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures. Requires 2-3 years of experience with A+ certification and MCSE preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- A+ certification
