Network Director, Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary
Directs and oversees continuous accreditation, regulatory readiness, and compliance activities across Adventist Health’s network hospitals and sites of care. Ensures compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, state agencies and other external bodies; leads processes to prepare for accreditation, maintains plans of correction, and drives ongoing performance improvement. Partners with nursing, medical staff, quality and safety leaders, and facility leadership to embed regulatory excellence into daily operations. Manages accreditation and regulatory survey readiness programs, tracer processes, audits, and documentation; develops action plans to close gaps; and supervises assigned personnel. May be deployed to other networks as needed to support organizational readiness and regulatory compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of healthcare accreditation/regulatory experience; CP HQ/HACP certification required within two years of hire. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across network hospitals, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and readiness. Vaccination requirement and E-Verify participation are noted as organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, business administration, hospital administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Five years' of experience in healthcare accreditation and regulatory affairs with a successful track record of effective accreditation and regulatory affairs activities and outcomes: Required
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Healthcare Accreditation Certificated Professional (HACP) certification: Required within two years of hire
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or HACP: Required
Desired Qualifications
- CPHQ or Healthcare Accreditation Certificated Professional (HACP) certification
