Job Summary
Recruit and maintain the DDVA participating dentist network in Virginia by conducting orientation meetings, coordinating provider seminars, and representing the company at state conferences. Maintain network analysis reports, assist with credentialing, and connect offices with internal staff to resolve complex claims issues. Work with the Dental Director to plan continuing education courses, develop presentations, and identify dental practice trends for network expansion. Manage targeted recruitment for specific networks like PPO and DeltaCare while meeting goals for network size in identified areas. Submit expense reports and ensure travel stays within the annual budget.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- five years' experience working in the dental, healthcare or insurance industry
- some experience working in a sales or service position
- strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to sell or influence
- excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar products (word, excel, power point) and the ability to use database reporting and analytics
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated experience leading people and getting results through others
- Ability to think and plan strategically for organizational success
