Network Development Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate network development projects across multiple automotive brands by maintaining trackers, documentation, and activity schedules. Support dealer onboarding, relocations, refurbishments, and ownership changes while managing meetings, approvals, and stakeholder communications. Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to analyse network and dealer data. Assist with market research, network planning, and strategy projects while collaborating with business partners, retailers, and internal teams. Manage governance documentation and templates to ensure accurate records. Work with brand teams, regional managers, and OEM partners to deliver key network development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a coordination, administration, operations or commercial support role
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience preparing reports and working with data
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive industry or dealer network experience will be highly regarded
