Job Summary
Network Development Analyst role responsible for strengthening Genesis Canada’s network by leading national strategy, distributor management, and GRX program delivery, while delivering data-driven insights for executive decision-making. You will coordinate distributor appointments, oversee retail network expansion, manage site development and GRX approvals with GHQ/GMNA, and collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure brand standards and profitability. The role offers high visibility with senior leadership and requires cross-functional collaboration, strict data integrity, budgeting oversight, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills for executive materials.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration/B.Comm or equivalent
- 2-5 years relevant experience in the same or similar function
- Strong ability to handle and review legal documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with automotive systems (e.g., SAP, eComposite, IHS, Salesforce) is an asset
- Familiarity with retail network development, facility planning, or construction project coordination is an asset
- French language proficiency is preferred but not required
- Legal education or experience working with legal contracts would be a strong asset
