Job Summary
Provide frontline IT helpdesk support for MCCNO staff in New Orleans; answer service calls, manage tickets, and document issues; diagnose hardware/software problems and advise end users; perform software installations/upgrades; troubleshoot printer, networking, and security-related concerns; maintain equipment inventory and generate usage reports; assist with server-related tasks such as Active Directory, Email, and user accounts; collaborate with the Desktop Support Team to ensure timely, courteous service and end-user satisfaction.
