Job Summary
Assess and document existing cloud networking infrastructure across DNS, firewalls, routing tables, and access control lists for GCP, AWS, and Azure environments. Provide best practice recommendations to enhance security for PCI, CPNI, and PII applications, then develop automation scripts using Terraform or CloudFormation to implement these standards. Define reference architectures for future state cloud networking and perform constant network analysis to identify gaps and improve overall security posture. This long-term contract role requires in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, hybrid cloud strategies, and Python or Golang scripting.
Required Qualifications
- In depth knowledge on cloud networking and security
- Cloud Environment - GCP (Primary) AWS, Azure
- Hybrid Cloud Knowledge
- Hands on Knowledge on automation using Cloud formation Scripts/ Terraforms
- Advanced TCP/IP networking knowledge including security, addressing, subnetting, routing, and troubleshooting techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Scripting Language – Python (preferred), Golang, Shell / PowerShell
