Job Summary
Prioritize and validate network application development, updates, and patches for the Network Applications Team. Review systems engineering concepts, designs, and algorithms to guide the development team while defining and verifying acceptance criteria for network tasks. Collaborate with the Cyber team to ensure a hardened cyber posture and work with program management to set priorities for capabilities and defects across each sprint. Provide technical briefings, demonstrations, and advisement to leadership on status, risks, and impacts to the IFMC mission. Requires a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance and 10+ years of Government/DoD experience.
Required Qualifications
- good understanding of networking to include IPv4 and IPv6 addressing
- networking device configuration
- network status monitoring
- ability to work directly with the Agile software developers to meet deadlines and program objectives
- fluency in the Microsoft Office toolset
- minimum of 10 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above
- U.S. Citizen
- active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences or mathematics
