Job Summary
Full-time Level I/II Network Voice/Field Engineer responsible for phone, remote and onsite support; troubleshooting across network devices, telephony/VOIP, and enterprise systems; perform remote and onsite installations and service-pack/updates; provide help desk support; configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches (various series), routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), DNS/DHCP, and NAS/NAC considerations; experience with data-center concepts, PDU/UPS, and network monitoring/troubleshooting tools; strong hardware/software troubleshooting and field-service capabilities; Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering
- CCNA or higher preferred
- A+ and Network+ preferred
