Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Network and Hardware IT Consultant for a full-time role requiring 50% travel. Ideal candidates have strong networking skills, extensive IT experience, and a customer service mindset. Must have an AAS degree or equivalent experience, with 5 years in IT networking, and the ability to manage printer and desktop support tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with IT and networks.
- Broad knowledge and experience in computer networks, VPN, and IP Printing.
- Excellent skills in cabling and hardware.
- Above average skills in desktop user support and printer troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to maintain a sense of humor while keeping deadlines.
Desired Qualifications
- Specialized training in VPN preferred.
- MSM, MCITP, etc., preferred.
- VOIP experience is a plus.
