Job Summary
Educate users on securing Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and train staff on proper hardware and software usage. Troubleshoot and repair technical issues related to computer hardware, software, internet access, and peripheral equipment. Develop training materials and procedures while consulting with users, management, and vendors to assess computing needs and recommend process improvements. Provide technical guidance to resolve business problems and analyze requirements for new or revised software products. Address guest service needs professionally, handle sensitive employee and guest issues with tact, and monitor team performance to ensure adherence to quality standards. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and point of sale systems.
