Job Summary
Network Analyst based in Singapore to design, implement, support, and continuously improve secure, resilient network services across retail, office, and enterprise environments in Southeast Asia and Oceania. Role emphasizes adopting AI-enabled operations, automation, and emerging networking technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, cloud connectivity, observability, and zero-trust security to improve service quality and efficiency. You will partner with internal IT, cybersecurity teams, telecom carriers, MSPs, and system integrators to deliver scalable network solutions, provide operational support for incidents and changes, implement remediation actions, contribute to architecture standards and documentation, track assets and licenses, and participate in site assessments, pilots, and rollouts with occasional APAC travel.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in network implementation, operations, or support across enterprise, retail, or distributed site environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of routing and switching, WAN, LAN, VPN, wireless networking, firewalls, DNS, DHCP.
- Exposure to SD-WAN, SASE, zero-trust access, cloud connectivity, network observability, infrastructure automation (advantageous).
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler, ServiceNow; cloud environments (preferred).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, cloud networking, cybersecurity, Agile, or project management (beneficial but not mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with scripting, automation, analytics, or AI-assisted tools (advantageous).
- Willingness to provide support outside standard hours and travel within APAC (as needed).
