Job Summary
Network Analyst responsible for configuring and implementing the Logic Monitor application to monitor CenterPoint Energy’s Smart Grid, Telecommunications MPLS, and Corporate Network, including translating MIB alerts into readable Wording, creating alert rules with escalation, importing vendor MIBS, and supporting/troubleshooting alerts in the field. Responsibilities include site creation and device management within Logic Monitor, ensuring alerts align with NNMi OpenText, communicating project status to leadership and teams, and coordinating with Logic Monitor for advanced assistance. Requires hands-on experience with network monitoring, MIB translations, alert management, and ticketing workflows; on-site work at Cypress/Tomball, TX.
