Network Analyst

Network Analyst role based in Chennai focusing on Level 1/2 support for SD-WAN, LAN, and Perimeter infrastructure across Cisco Meraki, Catalyst, Palo Alto, and Fortinet environments. Responsibilities include monitoring network health with SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, and Meraki dashboards; performing L1 troubleshooting across SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, VOIP, Perimeter, and VPN; coordinating with carriers and internal teams for incident escalation and resolution; maintaining documentation and runbooks; participating in on-call rotations and 24x7 NOC coverage; contributing to maintenance, upgrades, patching, and incident trend analysis. Key technical skills include Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewall and VPN experience; deep knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI; packet analysis with Wireshark; L2/L3 protocols; scripting basics; and familiarity with Microsoft technologies. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights, and a collaborative, outcomes-driven mindset. Location: Chennai, India.
