Job Summary
Lead troubleshooting NIPRNET, SIPRENT, WSOMS, RMCE LAN, and WAN issues while providing expertise to site guidance for the US Space Force's SATCOM war-fighting lead. Manage day-to-day operational support for DoD's satellite communications capabilities across multiple CONUS and OCONUS sites, focusing on the operation, maintenance, and modernization of the Wideband Global SATCOM System. Requires US Active Top Secret clearance and 5+ years of network administration experience. Salary range $110,000.00 - $160,000.00.
Required Qualifications
- US Active Top Secret (or TS/SCI) level clearance (eligible for immediate adjudication by the cognizant security authority)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive network administration/engineering experience supporting enterprise-sale environments; directly responsible for network architecture decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred) or IT related field
- Certifications are aligned to DoD 8140 network administration work roles (e.g. Security+ or equivalent)
