Job Summary
Support, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate LAN, WAN, electronic mail, telecommunications, and PC-based systems within a cybersecurity environment. Evaluate hardware and software, including peripheral and telecommunications equipment; set up and administer security procedures; recommend and implement LAN policies; and ensure adherence to security protocols. Train users on LAN operations and procedures while utilizing Jira to track work for the ART. Requires a 4-year bachelor's degree, minimum 4 years of relevant experience, and TS clearance.
