Job Summary
Coordinate ticket acceptance and resolutions for enterprise network break-fix, configuration updates, and technology upgrades. Conduct approved network changes including VLAN, ACL, and port assignments while performing IOS and routing equipment upgrades. Resolve systems failures by gathering detailed information, performing root cause analyses, and implementing security technical implementation guides. Draft standard operating procedures and support site surveys for new network implementations. Function independently in remote locations to solve complex technical problems with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph
- A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
- A Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- A PhD with 1+ years of experience
- 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree requirement
- Experience with various routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS, or 802.1x)
- Experience with Cisco-ISE
- Knowledge of KG-175 Series TACLANES configuration process, fault isolation, and firmware upgrade procedures
- Familiarity Cisco and Juniper network devices
- Active IAT Level II Certification
- Active CCNA Certification
