Job Summary
Network Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize interoperable enterprise network infrastructure across OTAVA’s managed services. Responsibilities include configuring and deploying routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs; monitoring performance, security, and reliability; incident response and escalation; collaboration with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Support teams; documentation and on-call support; and providing exceptional customer service to enterprise clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience in a network admin or IT support role
- One or more relevant industry recognized certifications: CCNA, CCNP, NSE4, VSP, ITIL, etc
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise network environments
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, QOS, NAT, VoIP, IP Routing, Switching, VPN, Windows Server
- Experience with Cisco IOS and/or FortiOS
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing (IaaS or PaaS) platforms
- Experience with Fortinet security products
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and OSI model concepts
- Experience configuring and supporting Fortinet firewalls and security solutions
- Knowledge of network security concepts including ACLs, IPS/IDS, segmentation, and secure remote access
- Familiarity with public cloud networking concepts in Azure and AWS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent English written and verbal communication
