Job Summary
Plan, design, and implement the overall company network architecture; manage data center facilities to support business operations across North America; lead backbone network projects and maintenance; assess and implement cybersecurity measures; collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network-related needs; oversee network construction and maintenance in the North America region; strong emphasis on scalable WAN/LAN design, data center operations, and security, with CCIE preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in network technology or related roles.
- Strong understanding of network architecture design (WAN and LAN), with practical experience in large-scale network implementation—preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with networking devices and technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, LAN, STP, switching, and network security.
- Excellent learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as CCIE are highly preferred.
