Job Summary
Seeking a technically strong Network Administration Manager to lead the reliability, security, and modernization of networks leveraging a Microsoft‐first, Zero Trust strategy. Responsibilities include owning network operations across Azure and on-premises environments, implementing identity-aware access, managing Microsoft security tools, and ensuring operational excellence. Requires extensive experience in enterprise network engineering, leadership in security practices, and proficiency in Azure networking.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Hands‐on experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, DLP, Intune, and Microsoft 365 E5 security capabilities
- Proven experience designing and operating Azure networking and hybrid connectivity (ExpressRoute, VPN)
- Certifications (One or More Required): SC‐100, AZ‐, 305 AZ‐700, MS‐102, AZ‐500, SC‐300, SC‐200
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Zero Trust architecture and Secure Score–driven improvement
- Experience supporting distributed or jobsite‐based environments (e.g., construction, manufacturing, retail)
- Familiarity with OT/IoT or constrained‐connectivity networks
- Experience driving automation‐first network operations
