Job Summary
Manage production voice, video, and data network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, VLANs, and wireless systems. Install, configure, and maintain Cisco hardware, switches, routers, firewalls, and access points while assigning routing protocols and designing infrastructure layouts. Monitor network tools, manage intrusion detection systems, and implement IP telephony solutions to ensure 99.9% uptime. Perform troubleshooting for higher-level errors, address end-user help requests via ticketing, and assist the Desktop Support team during outages. Design system strategies and policies while documenting all changes for staff levels.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
- Ability to travel to Florida market locations as required

- Experience with Vendor (Cisco, F5)
- Layer 2 and 3 experience
- BGP experience
- Load balancing traffic and engineering for automatic failover
- Multiple methods for equal-cost load balancing
- Routing policy to manipulate BGP attributes
- Flow analysis
- Microsoft Windows Server operations
- MS Exchange operations
- Active Directory/GPO operations including hardening strategies and techniques
- Firewall configuration and maintenance
- VPN and SSL remote access
- LAN/WLAN configuration and maintenance
- Writing and using scripting tools for automated deployment of system changes and software applications
- Organizing and/or managing projects and producing documentation for all staff levels including non-technical staff
