Job Summary
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity and performance issues across enterprise environments while administering routing, switching, wireless, and storage networking infrastructure. Install, configure, and maintain Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba technologies, ensuring availability and security for mission-critical government operations. Collect and analyze utilization data to support capacity planning, maintain technical documentation, and implement disaster recovery plans. Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to enforce compliance standards and optimize network performance.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher
- Four (4+) years of experience supporting, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise networking environments
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos)
- Experience supporting Juniper, Cisco, and Aruba networking equipment
- Experience with Cisco ACI environments and wireless networking infrastructure
- Experience with enterprise storage networking solutions, including NetApp, HPE storage area networks, and Fibre Channel SAN switches
- Experience with knowledge management initiatives, process development, and technical documentation
- Experience supporting mission-critical systems and high-profile or VIP customers
- Experience with Cisco ACI, wireless controller technologies, and enterprise network architecture
- Experience with NetApp storage solutions, HPE SAN technologies, and Fibre Channel networking
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, customers, vendors, and all levels of management
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Service Management, or a related technical discipline
- Microsoft certification supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, or Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administration
- Experience working within Department of Defense (DoD) environments
- Experience with Cisco ACI, wireless controller technologies, and enterprise network architecture
- Experience with NetApp storage solutions, HPE SAN technologies, and Fibre Channel networking
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
