Network Administrator II

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for network architecture and devices. Isolate and resolve hardware and software problems involving applications, operating systems, and communications infrastructure. Troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components while implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Support the dispatch system, hardware problems, and site surveys for planning and design. Integrate new technologies into existing systems, including the transition and migration of corporate services to cloud environments. Provide guidance to lower-level technicians and actively participate on integrated teams. Deliver O&S of LAN/WAN services on an expanded 24x7-support level with on-call rotation and a two-hour response time during non-core hours. Manage IT network infrastructure, including cable patch panel installation and equipment rack setup across data centers and user workspaces. Requires a Bachelor's degree, four years of experience, and TS/SCI clearance.
