Job Summary
Network Administrator II responsible for optimizing complex network performance, maintaining critical infrastructure, and overseeing security, documentation, disaster recovery, and expert technical support. Roles include configuring and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, wireless APs, and cloud network components; administering access control policies; ensuring regulatory compliance through comprehensive networking documentation; performing backups and disaster-recovery planning; providing escalated technical support and training; and collaborating with vendors and IT teams on new networking technologies and projects. Requires 3-5 years of experience, strong analytical/leadership skills, and preferred but not required industry certifications. Base out of Dedham, MA with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
